Time On The Ball is an on-line resource for basketball players everywhere.

We want to provide players with tips, drills, and workouts that will make them better and ready to compete at the highest level. To become a great player you must try a variety of different tips, drills, and workouts – we will give this to you with Time On The Ball.

To become the player you want to be you need to work out and master the basics: dribbling, ball-handling, shooting, and passing. By consistently doing new and different exercises to enhance these skills – you will get better and become the player you want to be. Third, REPEAT what you have learned and are training to maximize the growth with that particular skill. With the idea of maximizing the repetitions of the skill you are working on.
